Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the LVLD mobile app and the website lvldmoney.app (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

What LVLD is

LVLD is a budgeting and financial information tool. It shows you balances, transactions, spending insights and safe-to-spend estimates based on information from your connected accounts and information you enter. LVLD does not move money, initiate payments, or provide financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Figures shown in the app are estimates and may differ from your bank's records; your bank's records are authoritative.

Your account and connected banks

You are responsible for the information you enter and for keeping your device secure. Bank connections are provided through Plaid; by connecting an account you also agree to the Plaid End User Privacy Policy. You may disconnect your accounts at any time in the app.

Subscriptions

Some features may require a paid subscription purchased through the Apple App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. Prices are shown in the app before you subscribe.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to access it by unauthorised means, interfering with its operation, or using it for unlawful purposes. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your region) to use the Service.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, branding and content, is owned by LVLD and protected by applicable law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app for your own personal, non-commercial use.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that balances, transactions or safe-to-spend figures are accurate, complete or up to date. Do not rely on the Service as your only record of your finances.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LVLD is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for financial decisions you make based on information shown in the Service.

Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your data (see Data deletion). We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
